100 Years of Eifelrennen. 50 Years of Friedrich Safety Tools.

Friedrich Safety Tools was proud to be both sponsor and patron of this year's historic Eifelrennen in Nideggen. The event carries on the legacy of the legendary races held from 1922 to 1926 on a demanding circuit across gravel roads around Nideggen, once compared to Sicily's famous Targa Florio.

The Eifelrennen was the precursor to the Nürburgring, which opened in 1927.

The Eifelrennen holds a very special place in the history of Friedrich Safety Tools: Exactly 100 years ago, in 1926, Robert Felten — grandfather of the company's current owner — won the race on this very course. A century later, Friedrich Safety Tools returned to the event as a sponsor.

In brilliant weather, numerous participants and spectators enjoyed a weekend of living motorsport history with classic vehicles.

What do motorsport and hand tools have in common? Precision, reliability, and materials that hold up under pressure.

Values that Friedrich Safety Tools has stood for over the past 50 years.

We thank the organisers and everyone involved for a wonderful race weekend.

Friedrich Safety Tools. 50 years. Full commitment.
